These terms govern use of the Dream Life Capital website and platform. By accessing or using them, you agree to these terms and the applicable privacy and risk notices. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Signed investment, employment, project, payment or service agreements take priority where they conflict with these general website terms.

Registering, applying, uploading documents or expressing interest does not guarantee eligibility, employment, financing, allocation, acceptance, returns or a response within a specific time. Submissions may be declined, paused or withdrawn subject to applicable law. No investment commitment exists until all required review is complete and definitive documents are signed by authorised parties.

Unless otherwise stated, the platform, brand, software, designs, text and original materials belong to Dream Life Capital or its licensors. Limited personal use does not transfer ownership. You retain rights in material you lawfully submit and permit its use as reasonably needed to operate, review and administer the requested relationship.

Platform access may be interrupted for maintenance, security or events outside reasonable control. Links and integrated services may be operated by third parties under their own terms. Their availability, security and content are not guaranteed by Dream Life Capital. Verify payment instructions independently before acting.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that content is error-free or suitable for a specific purpose. You remain responsible for your decisions, submissions, devices, advisers and compliance obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
